Nina and Ryan Day know that keeping our brain in shape is just as important as physical fitness. Their Day Time Break program encourages mental wellness for students sixth through eighth grade to help students boost mental wellbeing.

Created with the educational experts at Young Minds Inspired, the curriculum is designed to teach students mental health facts, dispel myths and develop practical strategies for building empathy and improving self-care.

On Our Sleeves is excited to supplement this curriculum with additional resources, including educator and family tip sheets, printable posters about practicing gratitude and dealing with stress, and advice from Dr. Parker Huston, the On Our Sleeves Clinical Director, on how to implement the Day Time Break in your classroom, your home, or anywhere kids will benefit from it.
