What does a question mark mean to you?

For some, a question mark means a feeling of confusion or a fear of the unknown. It can mean being riddled with anxiety and uncertainty of what the future holds. I don’t know what to do. It’s a feeling we’ve all had at one time – maybe even many times. And it’s okay if you don’t know the answer all of the time.

For others, a question mark means a sense of curiosity or looking for a way to help — to give others the hope they need to move forward and start a conversation so that each question asked can find an answer.

If you feel like the uncertainty in your life is leaving you with an overwhelming feeling of confusion and helplessness, reach out to a trusted adult. If you see someone who is struggling, reach out and ask….how are things going, what’s up. Show you care.
