Kindness Challenge: Day Five
Your Challenge: Pay it Forward
Being kind to others can set off a chain reaction of kindness. Look for opportunities to do something kind that may inspire others to be kind as well.
One option is to show your support for children’s mental health. Here are some examples:
- Share about how the kindness challenge has impacted you and your family on social media (please tag #OnOurSleeves) or share a kindness or mental health fact from On Our Sleeves
- Encourage others to take the kindness challenge. Send or share a message like, “I’m doing a 5 day kindness challenge and you can too! Get started at onoursleeves.org/kindness.”
- Donate an On Our Sleeves Kindness Kit for a classroom. (Classroom kits include teacher curriculum, classroom poster, two fun student activities, and pencils for a class of 30. Kindness Kits are $25 each.)
- Give the gift of conversation! Gift a set of conversation starter cards to a friend or educator to promote open conversations with the kids in their life.
