Teaching mental health to your family or friends might seem like a hard task, but we have easy-to-use educational tools and resources to help. On Our Sleeves joined forces with mental health advocates Nina and Ryan Day and the Harlem Globetrotters to bring you these tools to help teach mental health.

DOWNLOAD: Day Time Break Kit
In partnership with mental health advocates Nina and Ryan Day, our “Day Time Break” kits are aimed for high school grade level but are useful for all ages. They give helpful examples on how kids can deal with stress and how they can be more mentally healthy throughout their day. It encourages mental fitness by doing a quick daily activity to “Take a Day Time Break.”
