On Our Sleeves and GoNoodle have teamed up to bring you videos and resources to get kids, parents, teachers, everyone talking about (and moving to!) a very important topic: big feelings in children. We’ve reached a crisis point in children’s mental health and concerns are growing at alarming rates—and the COVID-19 pandemic has only amplified it.
And so, this partnership was created to get kids moving and managing their emotions—because we all feel them!
